Initial phone consultation
This is a 15 minute phone or video meeting to get better acquainted, where you can ask questions.
Free of charge!
Individual
All individual therapy sessions are 50 - minutes long. Longer sessions are available upon request at additional charge.
$150.00 per session

Family & couple therapy
All family and couple therapy sessions are 50 - minutes long. Couples can range in number, two and beyond.
Add $15.00 per session to the base rate you pay

Group therapy
Groups range in subject matter and require a 15/20 - minute pre-group screening. The minimum participation to make a group is 4 group members. Groups range from 60 – 90 minutes.
$60.00 per each group member per each group session
Clinical supervision & case consultation
* For professionals who are entering the field as new clinicians, in need of supervision hours for licensure, or for those who are currently licensed and practicing in the field who would like to discuss cases from a somatic, relational, and somatic social justice perspective.
$150.00 per each 60 minute supervision/consultation session

* For groups of 2 participants:
rate of $85.00 per participant;
* For groups of 3 or more participants:
rate of $60.00 per participant
Discounts
* BIPOC & LGBTQI+ identifying individuals seeking individual, family, couple therapy.
$125.00 per 50-minute therapy session
* BIPOC & LGBTQI+ identifying individuals seeking clinical supervision or case consultation.
$125.00 per 60 minute supervision/consultation session
* Group session bundles: six, 60 - 90 - minute sessions.
$500.00 per bundle (Rates may vary based on the length of a particular group/series)
Insurance
This practice accepts payments from BCBS on a limited basis, and offers billing services to obtain payment. If you employ a private health insurance company other than BCBS (United, Humana, Cigna, etc.), your insurance policy may have a feature for out-of-network providers. In this case you are eligible for partial or full reimbursement for all fees paid to this practice. If out-of-network reimbursement is something you are interested in, please contact your insurance representative prior to asking me for a superbill.
* Please note I am in network with all BCBS commercial and state plans except for the following: All PPO, All Indemnity, Blue Value, Blue Care, any EPO, HMO, POS, Blue High Performance Network (BlueHPN), Medicare Advantage, North Carolina Managed Care Medicaid.
* Please note that Medicare and disability plans (all public health care plans), will NOT reimburse for my services, and I am NOT permitted to provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from Medicare/disability.
Associated services
This includes services such as reports, consultations with other professionals at your request, professional letters, or lengthy telephone consultations. Fees associated with these services will be charged in 15 - minute increments, rounding to the nearest period mark.
$150.00 per 60 - minute hour
Court Involvement
For cases requiring my involvement in court. Please inform me of this possibility as soon as you are aware of it. This will increase chance for success.
$175.00 per 60 - minute hour minimum
Appointment change policy
Whenever possible, please inform me of your need to change a previously scheduled appointment with at least 24 - hours notice. This does not include emergency situations. *Note that insurance policies do not cover missed sessions.
The following fees are payed out-of-pocket regardless of if you have insurance. With less than 24 - hours notice, here is how it works:
1st session missed = freebee - no charge
2nd session missed = incurs a fee of half the hourly rate
3rd session missed, and every one missed beyond this = incurs a fee of the full hourly rate
Payment
All fees are due at or before the time of service. Payment can be made using Zelle, Paypal, cash, personal check, or by other means agreed upon. There will be a fee of $50.00 for each returned check, and a limit to the amount of returned checks accepted.
